The 12-Month Window: Tick Tock!
Your platform credit stays locked into your account for 12 months. Simply activate your profile by executing a transaction within yourfirst 90
days to keep 100% your maximum cost-savings active.
Q: What if I don’t make a trade in the first 90 days?
A: If you don’t make a buy or sell transaction in the first 90 days, 25% of your platform credit will be removed from your wallet. If you make at least one transaction, 100% of the remaining credit will be available to you until the 12 month window expires. If you still have no activity within 180 days from signing up, an additional 25% will be removed. And, so on.
